Sleeveless basque jacket in finely embroidered wool dating from the beginning of the 20th century and originating from Macedonia, Albania or the Balkans. Thick black wool applied with white and orange cords, embroidered with silver sequins and glass beads. The jacket is piped with blood red wool stamen, the edge is fringed with silver cannetille trimmings (some missing pieces). Definitely an exceptional item for collectors. A natural patina of its time without major defects. Very good condition of color and preservation.
