In its period wooden case in the shape, covered in leather with gold thread and lined with blue velvet and satin, in excellent condition.
It still has its screw-on end in the shape of a spear point.
Not hallmarked, gold tested 14 carats (perhaps 15 carats, usual at that time) Perfect condition!
England, mid 19th century circa 1860.
