"Louis XVI Chest Of Doors, In Marquetry, Early 19th Century "
Very original Louis XVI Commode with Doors, dating from the First Pair of the 19th Century. It is in Rosewood Marquetry decorated with Large Bouquets of Flowers in Precious Wood, surrounded by Greek nets, in Rosewood frames. It opens on the front with 2 doors, revealing 3 large drawers inside. The uprights are with cut sides and it rests on slightly arched legs shod with closed hooves, in the shape of lion's paws. It is topped with a Royal Red Belgian Marble with a groove all around. It measures 120 CM in length, 50 CM in depth and 90 CM in height. It is in very good condition.
