Vietnamese Lacquer Vase, Flowers, Signature, Hanoi, 20th Century

Very pretty little lacquer vase, very flared shape, wide body, and neck, long and thin. On a reddish-brown background, it is decorated with gold pointillism over its entire surface, and applied over it with green and gold lacquer, representing flowering plants and their stems. Mark clearly visible below, I did not identify it.
Very good general condition, normal wear from use, and trace of old label.
Vietnamese working, dating from the second half of the 20th century, Circa 1950-60.
Dimensions: 23cm H x 7.5cm D at the widest.
