Chinese 2 Great Wooden Armchairs, Different Wood Species, Longevity Peaches 19thc

These are not a pair, but rather two beautiful armchairs with similar symbolism. In fact, both feature a design incorporating peaches of longevity. One (1), slightly smaller and darker, made of Hongmu wood, features a backrest carved with a bat and peaches of longevity. The armrests are carved in the shape of stylized Greek frets. The second (2), slightly taller and crafted from several types of wood—Hongmu, Jichimu, and others (possibly Zitan and Huanghuali)—features an openwork backrest decorated with a burst peach of longevity and stylized clouds. The armrests are decorated with leaves and fruits, some of which are openwork.
Condition: The undersides of the seats have been reinforced on each of the armchairs. The armchair with the bat (1) has some minor cracks in the wood, which are not serious. The other (2) has joints that wobble and come apart, and a small break on one of the armrests. Please take a close look at my detailed photos—I’m not hiding anything!

Shipped via carrier. I work with two carriers—both very reliable and very affordable. However, I can handle the delivery myself if the destination is under of Clermont-Ferrand area. I can therefore deliver myself throughout the south of France and work with you to find the best solution for purchasing the armchairs.
