Large Bedspread, Reclaimed Fabric, Yo-yo Quilt, Usa, Circa 1929-1950's

Here is a rare and beautiful "Yo-yo Quilt". Bed cover or wall tapestry, it is an assembly and recycling of small pieces of fabric, put into a cylindrical shape, and sewn together at four ends. The manufacture of these very decorative fabrics began during the American crisis of 1929 and allowed, through this assembly, to create again from waste. Very current in the reflection of recycling. Beautiful antique item, genuine.
Unfortunately, several parts are unstitched, clearly visible on my detailed photos. Thank you for looking at them carefully, I am not hiding anything!
