Oscar Gundlach-Pedersen (Odense, 1886 – Kongens Lyngby, 1960), Danish architect and designer trained at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, served as director of the Georg Jensen Silberschmiede from 1927 to 1931, and subsequently as adviser to the house throughout the remainder of his career. His style — smooth surfaces, clean lines, a harmonious blend of organic and geometric forms — is the most accomplished expression of the Scandinavian Art Déco vocabulary applied to silversmithing. He is the author of the Parallel (1931) and Nordic (1937) flatware patterns, among the most celebrated in the Jensen production. He was awarded a gold medal at the Paris International Exhibition in 1925.

Works by the Georg Jensen Silberschmiede are held in the collections of the Designmuseum Danmark in Copenhagen, MoMA in New York and the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
