Antique Loetz Cameo Glass Vase, Signed "richard," Circa 1920–1930

An elegant little antique vase made of multilayered glass, attributed to the Loetz factory and signed “Richard” within the design.

The vase features a slender silhouette, a gently flared lower section, a small circular foot, and a flared neck with a wavy rim. The warm, orange-yellow background harmonizes beautifully with the floral design and green foliage. A deep blue, present in one of the layers of glass, adds depth and subtlety to the interplay of colors.

The design is etched in relief, with fine veins highlighting the flowers and leaves.

The “Richard” signature appears on cameo glasses produced by Loetz for the French market in the 1920s. The floral design follows the Art Nouveau tradition.
