Parisian Porcelain Lamp With Floral Decoration And A Gilded Bronze Frame – Early Louis XVI Style

An elegant small Parisian porcelain table lamp in the Louis XVI style, dating from the early 20th century, combining the delicacy of a polychrome painted design with a gilded bronze base.

It features a white porcelain body shaped like a vase, adorned with four cartouches framed by delicate scrolls of acanthus leaves accented with gilding.

Two cartouches feature delicate bouquets of polychrome flowers, in the tradition of Parisian porcelain. The other two have blue and pink backgrounds, respectively, embellished with gilded foliage motifs.

The richness of this decoration, the harmony of the colors, and the delicacy of the floral bouquets lend this small lamp a very special elegance, characteristic of Louis XVI-inspired creations.

The porcelain is set in a gilded bronze frame, resting on a circular, molded base decorated with a beaded pattern. The upper portion is also accented by a gilded bronze element featuring a foliage motif.

The lamp is topped with a contemporary pleated shade made of ivory satin fabric with golden highlights, whose warm light delicately accentuates the gilding and the colors of the porcelain.

The electrical wiring has been completely refurbished in our workshop. The lamp is ready to be set up and used.

Total height with lampshade: 28 cm.

A small, refined decorative lamp with harmonious proportions, ideal for a console table, nightstand, or small side table. It will particularly appeal to lovers of Parisian porcelain and Louis XVI-style decorative objects.
