Louis XVI Style Hot Water Bottle Lamp With Painted Shade - Usb Rechargeable Candles - 20th Century
Charming Louis XVI-style hot-water bottle lamp, made in the 20th century, featuring a painted tin lampshade decorated with floral garlands, ribbons and bows on a blue background, with gilded interior.
The silver-plated metal base features an elegant silhouette inspired by 18th-century designs. The whole retains a beautiful antique patina with some wear to the silver plating and slight stabilized oxidation on the lampshade, perfectly consistent with its age and decorative charm.
In order to offer it a freer, more contemporary use, this lamp has been fitted in our workshop with a pair of USB-rechargeable LED candles. This solution enables it to be used wirelessly to compose a table setting, create a warm ambience in a library, bedroom or living room, while avoiding the regular consumption of batteries.
For lovers of fixed use, traditional 220-volt electrification can be carried out on request in our workshop.
Height: 32 cm.
Width: 17 cm.
A decorative piece full of charm, halfway between objet d'art and ambient lighting.
