A superb Kota Sango reliquary from Gabon; note the beautiful patina of age. It comes from the collection of Richard Dams, a certified history teacher history, former professor of history, art history, and aesthetics, and former aid worker in the Congo (Zaire) (lecturer in the history of African civilizations, art history, and aesthetics).
