Artist: Porcelaine De Nyon - Suisse

A pair of cup-and-saucer sets without handles, featuring rich blue-and-gold decoration. They are intended for enjoying tea or coffee. All pieces (cups and saucers) bear the signature of the blue fish (perchette) from the Manufacture de Nyon in Switzerland, founded in 1781 and closed in 1813. It is therefore over 200 years old. Date: late 18th century / early 19th century.

A beautiful set; our service is in excellent condition: no chips or cracks, fresh colors, and the gilding is intact. Superb.
