Pair Of Louis XVI Cabriolet Chairs
Elegant pair of lacquered wood lounge chairs, model with backrest with gendarme hat and cabriolet plumes, rudent fluted feet - Louis XVI period - late 18th century. Parisian production without an apparent stamp (we have not dismantled the canvas below), to be compared to the work of Adrien Pierre Dupain. Our chairs are in excellent condition; trim redone and covered with a canetillé of sky blue silk.
