Openwork bivalve shell with matching decoration.
Beautiful, large triangular blade engraved with the cutler’s mark “Ollïe Inetre, cutler in Landau, Anne 1717” and a foliage motif.

Tang entirely filigree-worked with silver wire, overlaid with copper.
Sheath made of sturdy leather (restored).
Pommel integrated into the leather with an iron tip; a large button on the hilt for wearing in a waist pouch.
