A decorative 19th-century Louis XVI style mirror in carved and gilded wood, richly adorned with winged putti, floral garlands, foliage, and ribbon-tied motifs.
Its uprights, designed in imitation bamboo, frame a large rectangular mirror plate. The pediment is particularly elaborate, centered with two winged putti surrounded by roses, foliage, and hanging ornamental details.
The mirror retains its antique gilding, with visible wear, touch-ups, and minor alterations consistent with age and use.
The back, made of wide old wooden planks, reflects a traditional construction and further confirms the piece’s antique character.
