This generously proportioned vase with a wavy neck features a polychrome design and gold highlights characteristic of the Satsuma style, with floral (peonies) and animal (birds) motifs, as well as geometric ornaments richly accented with gold.
The background has a crackle finish in shades of beige and gold.
