An Ottoman-inspired Greek shawl dating from the early 20th century. Double-sided embroidery in polychrome silk threads and gold threads on cream-colored linen voile. A sun-inspired design featuring an urn with Orthodox candlesticks. No holes, but the voile is oxidized with small rust spots, lending it its authentic character. In good structural condition with good color and overall preservation.
