Beautiful, large Roman-style chasuble made of deep purple damask silk, embellished with gold ribbons. Design featuring a crowned ironwork motif and stylized sheaves on a satin background. Beautiful lining in glazed linen bouclé (one 2-cm hole). No defects; features period patina. In very good structural condition; suitable for wearing or as a historical display piece.
