A magnificent and very significant circular Limoges enameled porcelain dish depicting a lovely lakeside landscape with trees, entirely hand-painted by the porcelain painter and decorator Desgropes, in shades of blue and accented with gold.
It bears the mark of the Paul Pastaud workshops, located at 14-16-18 rue de Noriac in Limoges, on the reverse. It also bears the signature of the decorator Desgropes in the lower right corner of the design.
