On both pieces, French guarantee hallmark Tête deMinerve 1er titre (950) on bases and reverse of cups;Goldsmiths' hallmarks Tétard Frères on each of the bowls as well as theand the stamp of L.LAPAR S. de BEGUIN PARIS.

(LéonLapar took over from Maison Tétard from 1878 to 1897 and practicedrue de Choiseul. His son-in-law, Georges Fouquet-Lapar, succeeded him in1897).
