Crystal ewer with silver mount.
The crystal body is of baluster form, slightly flaring towards the base, decorated with spiral flutes and a star-cut foot. The silver mount is chased with oblique fluting continuing onto the neck and spout. Hinged cover moulded with gadroons, topped with a fruit-and-foliage finial. Twisted handle joining the body with a foliate scroll.
French Minerva 1st standard hallmark.
