Bicorne hat made by Henri Amédée Mercure de TURRNNE, marquis d'Aynac.
In black "flamingo" felt.
Height of the front part 21 cm.
Height of the bottom part of the horns 29 cm (8 cm curve) . Width 48 cm. Height of rear part 35 cm.
It is edged with a7 cm silver braid with scalloped edges, woven with branch and fruit.
Curled black ostrich feather is sewn against each of the inner edges.
Three matte silver twists form the girdle, doubling around the uniform button and held in place by the same button.
Large-module silver-plated uniform button, embossed with an Imperial Eagle.
Tricolor passementerie cockade, silver on the outside, scarlet and national blue on the inside, diameter 9 cm.
Inner headdress consisting of a black waxed morocco turban trimmed in black silk with two paper tags.
Each horn trimmed with a silver passementerie floche. Sold as is.
