Small folding knife with single forged steel blade, narrow cross-section and tapering corbelled tip, probably intended for utilitarian use (grafting or pocket knife type).
Description
Simple nail mount, without complex mechanism, characteristic of handcrafted production
The handle is composed of riveted bone plates featuring naive engraved decoration depicting a stylized heraldic motif (eagle or popular emblem), typical of rural production or souvenirs of this period.
Total length 11 cm - folded 8 cm
Condition of use: marked oxidation of the blade, wear and minor alterations to the handle, but coherent and authentic set, with beautiful old patina.
