Epinal Plate - Late 18th - Early 19th Century
EINAL plate - Late 18th - Early 19th century. Grand feu plate with characteristic decoration of Epinal plates. Border with braces and characteristic colors (see reference book) Decorated with a bird on a branch. Rim decorated with 3 bouquets and 3 small "foliages". Used condition. Plate repaired (1 chip at one o'clock) and 2 small cracks. Diameter 23 cm I have in my warehouse at least a hundred plates from this period from Epinal (roosters, birds, flowers, houses ...).
