Table à Volets En Noyer Massif, Epoque Louis Philippe, Table à Abattants, Console, Vers 1840
Solid walnut console table with shutters, Louis Philippe period, circa 1840.
This space-saving table, which can be used as a console, rests on a base composed of "umbrella" legs. Its two large leaves allow you to create a square table with sides of approximately 1m. Ideal as an occasional table, tea table, games table or writing table...it has a wide range of uses.
In good home condition, our table obviously shows signs of use on the top (see photos 7 and 8), as well as very small, but not serious, marks on the base (see photos 11 and 12).
Top dimensions with both flaps up: 99cm x 97.5cm // with one flap down: 99cm x 57cm
