The body is decorated with 2 paintings representing, on one side, the image of a flowering branch with a flying bird, evocative of Spring; on the other, that of an aquatic environment animated by a Kingfisher and a Crane.
The lid is topped with the mythical figure of the gragon-horse (Longma) and the handles feature a dragon with an undulating body.
