Very Beautiful Chandelier Attributed To Baguès In Bronze And Crystal, 19th Century.

Very beautiful Louis XV style cage-shaped crystal chandelier. The subtle lighting is done indirectly:
- small bulbs inside the 6 bronze cups and the large top cup are highlighted by a row of glass beads that illuminate each circumference.
- 4 large crystal daggers inserted between the branches of the chandelier and a central dagger are equipped with a socket at their base, and can be lit from the inside.
- Under the top cup, 4 metal cones acting as reflectors are located at the very top of the chandelier and are equipped with a socket for a small bulb.
- At the base, inserted between the branches, 4 hexagonal glass structures also have a socket that can light another portion of the chandelier.

In the center of each cup, a bobèche can accommodate a candle.
Each branch of the chandelier supports 4 rows of rich, richly cut crystals of different shapes and sizes; some in amethyst colors.
The chandelier ends with a cut crystal ball.
