Superb Italian chandelier from Veneto, a decorative piece from the 1950s/1970s, composed of six gilt metal arms adorned with molded glass cups and pendants. The chandelier features a beautiful abundance of pendants, several of which are smoked/blackened glass, a characteristic typical of post-war Venetian production. This interplay of clear and smoked glass creates a very elegant lighting effect. Origin: Italy, Veneto region. Period: Circa 1950–1970. Materials: Gilt metal, molded glass.
