Elegant Napoleon III period tea caddy in blackened pearwood veneer and cedar burr, with refined marquetry decoration combining chased brass and mother-of-pearl flower
.Slightly domed lid adorned with a rich frame of inlaid floral scrolls, framing a central cartouche. Fine Parisian work, characteristic of the taste of the Second Empire.
Two-compartment interior with original lids with rosewood cabochon grips, as well as lids for packing tea.
Functional lock with key.
