Writer's Cane

The world of canes is populated by creations that are sometimes a little zany, such as this writer's cane, made from light bamboo, divided into several sections that can be unscrewed, topped with an aluminum knob - the height of modernity at the turn of the twentieth century - and finished with an iron tip.
One section serves as a pen holder, another as a pencil holder.
This amusing object is not made to lean on, but to impress the gallery.
Certainly from the late 19th or early 20th century, it's one of the rarer curiosities of this universe.
