19th Century Chinese Vase

I am offering this very pretty vase, 25 cm tall, decorated in hand-painted cobalt blue on a white background with the symbol of double happiness amidst foliage and poppy flowers. It has two handles on the sides in the shape of Pho dogs. Banana leaves are painted along the neck. The interior of the vase is a very faint celadon color. The vase was most likely made at the end of the 19th century. There are a few minor firing flaws. A tiny chip under the neck is not visible when the vase is standing.
