Antique 17th-century Delft tile depicting a leaping guard dog within a tenoned frame. A unique Delft tile in excellent condition. Produced between 1620 and 1640. Painted with great finesse, even its teeth are visible. The dog is framed by tenons with generously filled corners.

In very good used condition: Unrestored, small chip in the lower right corner.
