A set of 12 dinner plates and 12 dessert plates in Paris porcelain, Directoire-Empire style with gold trim. Late 18th or early 19th century. All plates bear the signature of the Nast factory in Paris in iron red (more or less legible).
Established in Paris, the Nast factory was founded in 1784 and operated until 1830. It supplied French high society and several European courts. A beautiful, understated pattern, suitable for almost daily use, bearing the signature of a prestigious manufacturer.
Excellent condition, with little to no wear to the gilding and no damage.
