Curio: Cigar Holder , Snake Motif, Turquoise Eyes, Case, 19th Century

A striking little object in its case, 7.5 cm long, made from meerschaum, amber, and silver, depicting a coiled serpent holding loft hollow, very sharp steel rostrum, allowing it to pierce and smoke a cigarillo.
It can be positioned vertically or horizontally… I don't know if it's very effective, but it's truly impressive.
Guaranteed success for the smoker! Serpent's head, engraved like body and inlaid with two small turquoise stones, is a little gem. No hallmarks or visible marks. The leather and silk case is complete and in its original form, clearly 19th century or circa 1900.
In good condition, but used. Dimensions: (case) 8 cm x 2.5 cm x 2.5 cm.
