Venetian Ladle, Embossed Copper, Coat Of Arms And Profile Of Doge, 17th - 18th Century

Pretty tool-embossed copper scoop, in the shape of a small pot with two ears, (its brass handle is a reuse, the original was wrought iron).
Small size: 12cm x 12cm, but rich decoration, punctuated by majestic acanthus leaves. Below a rosette, on one side: coat of arms of a great Italian family, on the other, three-quarter portrait of the Doge of Venice, recognizable by his "zoia", the Ducal horn which crowned the highest magistrate of Republic of Venice.

Condition is not perfect, small hole, numerous small repairs only detectable on tinned interior.
