This rare early Lladró figure brings warmth and sculptural character to a modern space. Created in the first Almàssera workshop in the 1950s, it belongs to the studio’s short polychrome phase—predating the global Lladró brand and produced entirely by hand. The seated young man at the Fountain of Truth reflects the founders’ early artistic direction, combining European porcelain influence with a distinctly Spanish palette. The separately modelled and painted jug is typical of the premium early works made in very limited numbers.
Early Lladró of this calibre is seldom seen outside Spain and makes a strong design statement on a sideboard, console or curated shelf.
