Longquan Celadon Dish, Late Yuan (14th Century), Molded Floral Scroll, ø34cm
A sculptural late Yuan (14th-century) Longquan celadon dish with molded floral scroll encircling a trellis-centre of radiating petals. The thickly potted body, soft pooling of translucent blue-green glaze, and wide unglazed burnt-orange foot are all defining Longquan features. Under UV light, the glaze fluoresces naturally with no retouching or repair.
This authentic 600-year-old piece conveys calm and balance — a quiet presence ideal for display in minimalist or wabi-sabi-inspired interiors.
