                    Refined and unique lyre clock with a white marble base and gilt-bronze trim. The clock is embellished with stunning gilt-bronze geometric festoon decorations, as well as a sunburst and flower garlands at the top. The dial, featuring gilt-bronze hands and Roman numeral hour markers, is also adorned with crystal rhinestones and two gilt-bronze caryatids for added elegance. The dial also bears the signature of the clockmaker: "F. Berthoud Paris", a French watchmaker. The bell-shaped movement chimes the hours and half-hours and bears the "Travaille d'argent Vincenti 1855" stamp, indicating the manufacturer of the striking mechanism.
