                    Kanbun era (1661-1673). Musashi ProvinceOf the honzukuri, iorimune, chugissaki, torizori type, and a koi-tame hada forge. A suguha and nie temper ending with a komaru böshi.The nakago suriage is pierced with 2 mekugi ana and yasurime marks.One-piece gilt copper habaki.The koshira-e is later black lacquered.The tsuka is wrapped in white silk and decorated with shakudo nanako of a fuchigashira, decorated with a carp in breaking waves and a samurai under a pine tree.The shakudo menuki is in the shape of dragons and has an oval-shaped iron tsuba chiseled with a mountainous landscape enhanced with gold signed Shami.

Certificate issued by the Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai with a date of 1661.
