Clam-shaped tsuba, called ‘hamaguri’ in Japanese, made of shibuichi, decorated with seaweed in shakudo and brass; two diverging lines appear on the shell.
The ligament is depicted on the reverse.
Nakago hitsu ana chiselled with foliage.
