Delicious Caucasian rug with Kazakh patterns. Traditionally woven and knotted wool on wool. Pile is rather short, which is typical of antique Caucasian rugs. The same goes for the very high quality of the hand-spun wool. Magnificent plant-like shades, deep and bright. Very nicely made for a compact size, easy to position in different rooms of an interior.
