"Neuchâtel Cartel, Quarter-ringing - Green And Polychrome Decoration - 19th Century"
Neuchâtel clock circa 1900, complete with its lamp base and capital. We find on its three elements and on its three visible faces a polychrome floral decoration on a green background enhanced with gold leaf. Mechanism with anchor escapement, striking at the passage of the four-quarters on two bells. Domed enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals every 5 minutes as well as a railway. Blued steel hands on the central part, a gilded and chiseled radiant sun on each hand. Wear of use on the painted wood, some chips on the painted decorations. Possible revision of the mechanism in our workshop, at a preferential rate on request. Without pendulum or key. Note a shock on the two right feet. We are at your disposal for any request, please contact us by phone (06 01 49 14 24) or by email (remarot@gmail.com).
