Rare collection of six commemorative medallions from the early 19th century, made of volcanic paste or similar composite (non-metallic) material, likely hot-pressed. They commemorate scientific congresses, cultural figures and patriotic ideals, with exceptional detail quality. Diameters from 4.5 to 7.5 cm. Largest weighs 39 g.
