A fine example of a late 18th / early 19th century Napoleonic or American prisoner of war “Sissinghurst Castle Wooden Shoe” Dominos Set Game Box with scrimshaw bone lid and “buckle”. Contains 21 bone dominos.

Shoe: 4.5ins long x 1.15in wide x 0.65in high (11.5cm x 2.8cm x 1.5cm)
Dominos: 0.6in x 0.25in x 0.15in (1.5cm x 0.7cm x 0.4cm)

Condition: In very good condition with only minor blemishes commensurate with age.
