Superb Large 19th C. Chinese Bronze Incense Burner With Dragons, Mask Handles, 5kg

A superb large 19th century Chinese bronze censer, possibly earlier. Measures 23.5 cm high, 39 cm wide across handles, 32 cm diameter without handles, and weighs 5059 grams. Features three solid feet, fine dragon and auspicious motif reliefs, and striking mask handles. The patina is deep and natural.
Condition: There are small holes visible to the undersides of the feet, most likely resulting from wear to the bronze with age. General surface wear and marks consistent with age and use.
