Beautiful rectangular plaque with a hanging ring. In bronze, it represents Saint Peter, identifiable by his keys, in his triple denial inflicted by Jesus, in the courtyard of the high priest. Beautiful fineness of details, great quality.
Excellent condition, no break or flaw.
European working, French or Spanish, dating in my opinion from the beginning of the 19th century but perhaps earlier, in the style of the Renaissance plaques. Dimensions: 11.3cmH with ring x 7.2cm
