"Covered Pewter Bowl Paris - 18th Century"
Covered pewter bowl PARIS 18th century. Lid finely decorated with a frieze and arrabesques resting on a fine grid (see photos). Button in the shape of a "daisy". Console ears with a ribboned outline decorated with palmettes on a grid background. Hallmarked Samain Joseph Jacques (master in 1757, Tardy Parisian pewter page 149). Relatively good condition, some dents. Note however 3 small holes (2 ears, 1 lid = see photos) Length with ears 30 cm, width 17.5 cm
