"Sauce Boat From Lunéville - Early 19th Century"
Lunéville Sauce Boat - Early 19th Century. Polychrome earthenware, low-fired. Piece on a footed base. Body partially molded (gadroons). Decorated with red flowers. In good condition. Note a crack running through the base (see last photos) and the two protruding parts of the handles have been repainted to conceal glaze chips; otherwise, no other restoration. Two tiny chips remain on the upper rim. Wear to the glaze on the spouts and around the base. Width 21.5 cm
