Nuremberg Offering Plate, 17th Century
Nuremberg offering dish, late 16th - early 17th century. The writing surrounding the navel is very faded by wear and tear. The navel is centered on a rosette whose waves are repeated on the periphery of the bottom. The border is stamped and partly faded. Good condition. Note a later hole for hanging as well as the fitting of a ring on the back.
