Landier Brooch Holder XVIII Century
Small 18th century wrought iron andier designed to hold a spit. It was used in addition to the rotisserie. It has 6 hooks allowing the proximity of the fire to be adjusted, and therefore the cooking temperature. It is made of a strong section iron and the assemblies are made exclusively of rivets.
